We ship throughout New Zealand. At this time, international shipping is possible to certain locations. International shipping timeframes will vary depending on location.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
South Island - 2–4 business days after dispatch
North Island - 3–6 business days after dispatch

South Island $9.90 flat rate
North Island $14.90 flat rate
FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders over $200 (nationwide, including rural)

We want to make shopping at The Wrinkly Rams easy and worry-free.
If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange — as long as it meets the criteria below.
Our Returns Policy
- You must contact us within 7 days of
receiving your item.
- Items must be returned in original
condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale or discounted items (including those purchased using a promo code) are final sale — no refunds, exchanges, or store credits.
- In-store purchases are non-refundable.
- Items returned without prior contact will not be processed.
How to make a Return
1. Email us at mail@thewrinklyrams.co.nz
within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our confirmation email before
sending anything back.
3. Package your item securely in its
original (or waterproof) packaging.
4. Ship the item to:

Please use a tracked courier service. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original
payment method, minus:
• $12 shipping cost (if shipping was paid)
• $10 processing fee for refunded items
- Returns are processed within 1–2 business days of arrival.
- Refunds or credits may take 1–3 business days to appear on your statement.
Important Information
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, and have all original tags attached.
- Returns that do not meet these terms will be sent back to you and will not be processed.
- All exchanges are subject to product
availability.
